You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the site. Prohibited behavior includes harassment, transmitting harmful content, attempting unauthorized access, and any activity that disrupts site functionality.

• We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) or no-shows may be subject to a fee equal to a percentage of the scheduled service.
• We reserve the right to require a deposit or card on file to secure certain appointments, including bridal and large color services.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require us to shorten or reschedule your service.

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your service, please contact us within seven (7) days of your appointment and we will work with you to make it right. Refunds on services are generally not provided; redos at our discretion may be offered free of charge. Retail products may be returned, unused, within 14 days of purchase with receipt.

Information submitted through our Rent a Booth application is used solely to evaluate licensed professionals interested in renting space at Salon Thrive. Submission of an application does not constitute an offer of tenancy, and any rental relationship is governed by a separate written agreement.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Salon Thrive or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

By submitting content (such as messages, reviews, or photos) to us or our platforms, you grant Salon Thrive a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business and marketing.

The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Salon Thrive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Salon Thrive and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Effective" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
